Start with chaat and nibbles.

Poppadoms & Dips, Laal Pyaaz and Gol Gappa introduce the meal, with Dhabba Achaar included in the three-course menu.

02 · Starters

Freshly prepared starters.

Depending on the menu, starters include Palak Patta Chaat, Hariyali Mokal, Gosht Kathi, Malai Murg and Paneer Chatpata.

03 · Tandoori & Feast

From the tandoor to The Dhabba Feast.

The five-course menu moves through Macchi Tikka, Nawabi Pasliyan, Hariyali Murg Tikka and Paneer Tikka before the main feast, including dishes such as Raan-e-Sikandari, Nisha Lababdaar and Panchmel Daal.

04 · Accompaniments

Rice, naan and dessert.

Rice, naan and kachumber complete the meal, while the five-course experience finishes with a Festive Season Special dessert.
